there she goes.. (via snailbooty) I’ve been lost in Snailbooty’s work for what seems an endless time period. I come here to gawk, to wander aimlessly, to cogitate. If I were an articulate sort I’d….well, you just have to see for yourself.
El circo de la vida. Circle of Life (via -FELIPE BEDOYA-) Im a huge fan. He makes my teeth grind…in a good way.
kuksi-slaughterhouse-2 (via Kris Kuksi)“When falls the Coliseum, Rome shall fall; And when Rome falls—the World.” ~ Lord Byron
SandCreature (via Bugmaker)
I adore this work, have for ages. I’ve spent countless hours ogling his creatures and bugs.
Sydnie (via doubleparlour) “Doubleparlour” is a collaboration between Ernie and Cassandra Velasco. They have shows all summer but still manage to keep a few things in their shop. http://doubleparlour.etsy.com I go there often to gaze and yes…to covet. There’s something about their body of work that evokes a feeling in me which has yet to be accurately named that I managed to stuff down years ago. Suffice to say, I adore their work.
Planter (via Daniel Goffin) Daniel Goffin’s contribution to “Heavy Hitters” at www.Artwhino.com until Aug. 15th. This piece offers a great mix of Japanese and Western culture, urban landscape combined with rural activity, a juxtaposition of the natural and built environments. 11” x 14”
Kit Lane is one of those I consider master at the combination of creepy and cute. She told me once that the cute parts sell a lot better than the weird and creepy ones but if I had the choice I’d take this “On the Summit - Peascape in Strangeland Series IX” instantly. Even if you have a different opinion you should check out her etsy store. Thanks heaps Dan :o)
